Tasting at Panton Hill Winery
You’ll discover the personal touch and real family hospitality when you visit Panton Hill Winery. The unique and beautiful buildings are evocative of Southern Europe, but in an Australian bush setting. The perfect place to sit back, relax, chat and enjoy a glass of excellent estate produced wine.       

Tasting at Many Hands Winery
Every Winery has it’s unique charm and Many Hands Winery is no different. The moment you see the Italian stone floors with expansive windows overlooking the Warramate hills, you realise the aesthetic treat you are in for! Established in 1982 with a tasting of Award-winning wines and accompanied by some of the best Italian cuisine available in the Yarra Valley.

– Tasting at Helen’s Hill Estate
A truly family run and owned vineyard with a passion for great viticulture and producing wines of quality and distinction.

– Tasting and dinner at Tokar Estate
The Tokar family laboured to transform land that was covered in thistles, tussock grass and snakes into a high quality vineyard and soon developed a reputation as trailblazers in the Yarra Valley. In addition to planting traditional varieties (Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay) they were the first in the valley to plant the Spanish varietal Tempranillo.

– Tasting at Four Pillars Distillery
Established by Cameron, Matt and Stuart, and they sold their first batch of Rare Dry Gin through a crowd funding campaign in late 2013. From Rare Dry Gin to Barrel Aged Gin to Navy Strength Gin to Orange Marmalade (made with the oranges that make the gin) everything they do is designed to elevate the craft of distilling in Australia.  They have been awarded a Double Gold, Gold or Master status for all their mainstay gins in the past two years.

After twenty-five years finessing his craft for some of Australia’s most respected wine labels, 2010 marked a significant milestone in Rob’s career – the year to launch his own label, aptly titled Rob Dolan Wines.

Tasting and lunch at Soumah of the Yarra Valley
It is known that ‘great wine is made in the vineyard’ and Soumah set out to select an exact location that delivered every advantage of a cool climate, undulating topography and ancient soils. So they found there hidden gem, located down a county lane in the dress circle Warramate foothills of the Yarra Valley. 

Tasting at Morgan’s Winery
First established in 1971 – Morgan Vineyards is the oldest vineyard in the Upper Yarra Valley. Using traditional methods, Morgan’s has for many years produced limited quantities of high quality wines from 100% hand-picked estate grown fruit from its beautiful old vines. Set on the slopes above the valley floor, Morgan’s is perfectly positioned to grow premium quality cool climate grapes. 

Tasting at Morgan’s Distillery
Morgan’s is one of only two whey spirit producers in Australia. The whey is sourced from small local cheese makers in the Yarra Valley. While being more difficult, and far more time consuming, the spirit produced through this method is world renowned for its incredible smoothness and rounded mouth feel. All our botanicals are sourced locally, where possible, and the Sloe Berries used for our Sloe Gin are hand-picked by ourselves from 200-year-old hedges at a secret location in Northern Tasmania.

Paint and Sip experience at Stefani Estate
With no artistic abilities required, Paint & Sip with Josie is a creative experience built on connection and a good time. Held in an open-air winery studio, local artist Josie will guide you through basic (or advanced) painting techniques.

With the added bonus of wine tasting at Stefani Estate while you paint and nibble on a cheese grazing platter and music while you release your inner Van Gogh, leaving with your very own masterpiece.

Stefani Estate is a family owned boutique winery, which has spectacular vineyards in both the Yarra Valley and Heathcote regions, Victoria. The wines produced have consistently received top reviews from renown Australian wine writer James Halliday described their wines as “with attitude and above average structure”

Nestled in the sprawling hills of Warrandyte, Victoria, Pietro Gallus Estate celebrates the sweet life and transports you to the Italian countryside through estate-grown produce, artisanal Grappa and liqueurs, and authentic Italian food and wine that is best savoured with friends.
