9.30am – Gather in the Melbourne CBD, St Paul’s Cathedral, Melbourne, Cnr Swanston and Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000 OR designated address.
(Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time.).
9.45am – Depart for Yarrawood Estate.
Tasting with a cheese platter at Yarrawood Estate.
The winery is internationally acclaimed for producing fine hand-crafted single vineyard wines. The mild climate of the valley allows for gradual, extended fruit ripening. Careful and considered management of the vines allow the winemaker to construct wines that are truly reflective of the unique and rich soils.
Tasting and Lunch at Fergusson Winery and Restaurant.
Enjoy sensational cuisine with some of the Valley’s most exceptional wines. The solid timber restaurant, with its rustic Australian atmosphere focuses on contemporary Italian fare with a twist. Everything is made by hand in-house including its sourdough, pasta and desserts, using local and sustainable produce.
Tasting at Naught Distillery.
Naught is unique in its approach to creating elegant and approachable gins. With quality being the only goal, Naught delivers smooth textural gins that dance on your palate. There are three quality gins in the selection, all distinctive and absolutely delicious

Family owned and surrounded by picturesque vineyard views, Trofeo Estate in located in a converted 1930s passionfruit cannery building in Dromana. Wines are aged exclusively in terracotta amphorae imported from Tuscany. The cool-climate wines are produced from Estate grown fruit farmed using organic and sustainable principles.
